These terms apply to use of eprowl.com and purchases from Eprowl. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Eprowl. Shopify supplies the ecommerce platform; Eprowl is responsible for the products it offers and its customer service.

Using the store

You must have legal capacity to purchase or act with appropriate adult authorization. Supply accurate information and protect your account credentials. Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, upload malicious content, impersonate others or infringe intellectual-property rights.

Products and collectible contents

Read the listing before ordering, including product type, year, edition, language, condition and pack configuration. A box, case, pack, single card and bundle are different products. Illustrations used for category or brand presentation are not guarantees of the exact item supplied.

Unless expressly stated, sealed-product contents are randomized. A particular card, player, rarity, autograph, grade, resale price or investment return is not promised. Published manufacturer odds describe probabilities, not guaranteed outcomes. Manufacturer redemption programs, if included, may have separate deadlines and conditions.

Orders and availability

An automated receipt acknowledges your order; acceptance occurs when we confirm fulfillment or shipment. Orders remain subject to stock availability and reasonable fraud checks. If we cannot fulfill an order, we notify you and refund amounts collected for unfulfilled goods. We may apply reasonable quantity limits and decline unlawful or fraudulent transactions without discriminating unlawfully.

Prices, errors and payments

Prices are in US dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable tax and any optional charges are disclosed before payment. Price changes do not retroactively change an accepted order. If a material pricing or listing error affects an order, we will explain it and request your agreement to a correction or cancel and refund the affected item. We do not charge an increased amount without authorization.

Shipping, returns and billing

Our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy and Billing Terms explain delivery, the 90-day eligible-return window, sealed-product conditions and payment arrangements. Those policies form part of these terms. Statutory rights prevail over inconsistent provisions.

Content and brand ownership

Eprowl’s original site design and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party brands, card artwork and trademarks belong to their owners. Their appearance identifies products and does not imply authorization, sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated.

Third-party services

Payment providers, carriers and tracking tools may operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We remain responsible for our obligations to you; referring to a provider does not remove rights you have against Eprowl.

Service availability and responsibility

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from ordinary site interruptions. No provision excludes liability or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits remedies for fraud, defective goods or other protected claims.

Disputes and changes

Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive class-action rights. Applicable law determines your nonwaivable consumer protections and available forums. Updated terms apply prospectively from posting; changes do not remove rights relating to earlier purchases.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
