This policy explains payments for products purchased at eprowl.com through our Shopify storefront.

Currency and total price

Our store prices are in United States dollars (USD). Review the order summary before authorizing payment. It shows item prices, discounts, applicable taxes and any expressly selected additional service charges. Standard US shipping is free to supported addresses; we do not add an undisclosed handling fee after checkout.

Payment methods

Only payment methods displayed at checkout are accepted. Available methods can depend on your device, location, provider and order. We do not claim to accept every card brand or wallet. If an installment provider is offered, review that provider’s eligibility, repayment and fee terms before selecting it.

Authorization and collection

By submitting payment, you authorize the transaction total shown at checkout. An authorization may temporarily reserve funds before capture. A pending authorization is not a second completed charge. Your provider controls how quickly a released authorization disappears. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment is declined, incomplete or flagged for review; any captured amount for canceled, unfulfilled merchandise will be refunded.

Payment security

Shopify and the checkout payment providers handle payment processing using their applicable security controls. We do not ask for card details by phone or contact form. We may access billing, shipping and transaction information necessary to manage your order, including limited payment details. We do not promise that all data is deleted immediately after payment or claim a separate Eprowl security certification.

Discounts and billing information

Promotional codes are subject to the conditions shown with the offer and must be applied before checkout is completed. Provide accurate billing and delivery information. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or account fees, which are not Eprowl charges.

Refunds and questions

Approved refunds follow our Refund and Returns Policy and are returned to the original payment method. Contact us with your order number about a duplicate or unrecognized charge; do not send full card information. Nothing in this policy restricts your ability to contact your payment provider or exercise lawful dispute rights.

One-time purchases

Ordinary hobby-box and collectible purchases are one-time purchases. A recurring-payment arrangement would require separate, clear disclosure and authorization before enrollment.
