This notice explains how Eprowl handles personal information when you visit eprowl.com, buy products, track an order or contact us. Our online store runs on Shopify.

Information we handle

Depending on your interactions, we handle contact information such as name, email, phone and delivery or billing address; order, payment-status and return records; support messages; account details where an account is used; and technical information such as IP address, browser, device identifiers and site interactions.

Payment credentials are handled by the payment services presented at checkout. Eprowl may receive transaction identifiers, payment status and limited card details. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or security codes through our contact form.

Where information comes from

Information comes from you, from your browser through cookies and similar technologies, and from providers involved in payments, storefront hosting, delivery, fraud prevention and support.

Why we use information

We use information to process orders, arrange delivery, provide tracking, resolve returns, answer questions, maintain accounts, prevent fraud, keep records and meet legal obligations. Marketing is sent where permitted and, when required, with consent. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential order communications.

Shopify and other providers

We disclose information needed by payment processors, fulfillment providers, carriers, customer-support services and installed apps. Track123 supports our order lookup and shipment tracking; order identifiers, contact and shipment information may be processed to provide that functionality. We may also disclose information to comply with valid legal requests, protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer, subject to applicable safeguards.

Purchases should be made by adults or with an adult’s authorization. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information may contact us. External sites have their own privacy practices.
